These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dropost mobile application and related services (“Service”). By using Dropost, you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Dropost is a mobile application that enables you to schedule and auto-publish content to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. The Service uses the official Instagram Graph API provided by Meta.

Account Requirements

  • You must have an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts are not supported by the Instagram API.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected Instagram credentials.

User Responsibilities

When using Dropost, you agree to:

  • Comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use
  • Only publish content you have the right to share
  • Not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service
  • Not exceed Instagram’s published API rate limits

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Dropost
  • Dropost does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, or captions
  • The Dropost name, logo, and application design are our intellectual property

AI-Generated Captions

Dropost offers AI-powered caption generation. You should:

  • Review all AI-generated captions before publishing
  • Understand that AI suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Take responsibility for all content published from your account, whether written manually or generated by AI

Service Availability

  • Dropost is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind
  • We strive for high uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Publishing depends on Instagram’s API availability, which is outside our control
  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice

Termination

  • You may stop using Dropost and delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Dropost is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for content published to your Instagram account through the Service

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
